1965, January the 8th, Order n° 65.48: 1965, January the 20th publication of the Official Gazette, complement of the title 2 (worker’s hygiene and security) of the Work Code.

Title 15 : Particularizes measures :

Article 218: The more 6 meters high shoring system must be justified by a technical calculation memo, and the fitting up must be realised according to a technical fitting up plan beforehand studied.
The technical calculation memo and fitting up plan must be kept on the site.

Article 220: The dismantling of support-beams and formworks and the dismantling of shoring towers must be controlled by a competent person, appointed by the director.
